South Africa wins Two Gold Medals at Continental Championships
In two of the closest played finals today, South Africa won two gold medals at the 8th FAA Championships.  Shooting in the desert heat, with a mild wind blowing, Jorina shot her 12 arrow match 108-104 against Namibia to take home gold.  In the mens compound category, Riaan Crowther brought the crowd to silence, starting off with a 25 against Namibia's 27.  On the second end he equaled Namibia with a score of 54, followed by both countries on 81.  The last three arrows X-10-10 brought Riaan home with a 111-109 lead, taking gold.
